Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older with a B-cell cancer (like CLL or lymphoma) that can be seen on a CT scan
- Be able to perform light daily activities (ECOG score 0–2, meaning you're up and about most of the day)
- Have adequate organ and bone marrow function (blood counts and kidney/liver function in acceptable range)
- For returning/resistant cancer: must have been treated before with a BTK inhibitor (a type of targeted drug)
- Have not received certain other cancer drugs, radiation, or high-dose steroids very recently (within 2 weeks to 5 half-lives)
- Not have CNS involvement (cancer in the brain or spinal fluid) or certain serious heart or blood clot conditions in the past 6 months
