Who can take part
- You’re between 30 and 50 years old
- You have Alport syndrome caused by COL4A3, COL4A4, or COL4A5 gene variants
- Your kidney test shows healthy filtration (eGFR over 90) and you have microscopic blood and/or small protein in urine
- Your urine findings fit a specific range (microscopic hematuria only, or mild microalbuminuria such as 30–300 mg/24h or 30–300 mg/g)
- You are not currently taking ACE inhibitors or similar “RAAS” medicines
- You must be willing to join the study
