This Phase 2 study tests whether reboxetine or methylphenidate can improve attention and emotional or sensory problems in adults with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). You may be eligible if you have a confirmed PTSD diagnosis and are able to meet medication and safety requirements.

Who can take part
- You have a PTSD diagnosis based on DSM-4 or DSM-5 rules (confirmed by a clinician).
- You are between 20 and 60 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with PTSD for at least 1 month before starting the study.
- You are currently receiving outpatient care at the Lev HaSharon Netanya Adult Clinic.
- Your PTSD care medicines (if any) are at a stable dose for at least 1 month before the study.
- You are not currently re-experiencing or being re-exposed to the traumatic event you’re dealing with.
