Who can take part

  • You’re 18 years or older
  • You can understand and sign the study consent before your procedure
  • You have severe aortic valve narrowing causing symptoms, and your care team recommends TAVI
  • Before TAVI, your CT scan of the coronary arteries exists, and it was readable (not non-diagnostic)
  • On heart imaging, you have some coronary artery narrowing that looks “in question” (often about 40–90% narrowing), and tests like pressure or flow measurements are planned
