- You must be a man, age 40–80.
- You have prostate cancer that appears limited to the prostate (called clinically localized).
- Your doctors have scheduled you for radical prostatectomy (surgery to remove the prostate).
- You can read and speak English or Spanish.
- You must be willing to sign consent and follow the study instructions.
- You should not have had major prior pelvic surgery or prior radiation to the pelvis.
