Who can take part
- You can sign the study consent and allow use of your personal data
- Your PSA level at diagnosis is under 20 ng/mL
- Your scans (MRI or PSMA PET) show the cancer is only on one side and not spread
- Your biopsy shows typical prostate cancer (acinar type) with ISUP grade less than 3
- You are well enough for surgery (ECOG 0–1) and expect to live at least 5 years
