Who can take part

  • Have a confirmed advanced or metastatic cancer that has run out of standard options (or no effective standard option exists)
  • Your tumor must have a rare “actionable” gene change (or a common cancer with a rare actionable gene change), found on validated genetic testing
  • Have at least 3 months of expected life ahead and a doctor agrees you can do study visits and treatment
  • Provide fresh tissue biopsy and required blood samples for research at the start of the study
  • Be well enough to participate: adults usually need ECOG 0–1 (sometimes ECOG 2 allowed case-by-case), with similar age-based fitness scores for children/teens
  • If you can become pregnant (or have a partner who can): agree to pregnancy prevention rules during the study and after
