Who can take part

  • Be age 18 to 40 and able to read and understand the consent form (English).
  • Agree to the study and sign informed consent before any study testing.
  • No steroid medicines taken by mouth or by injection for the whole body in the past 4 weeks.
  • If you have MS: you must have been diagnosed with MS (not the primary progressive type) and have MS for 10 years or less.
  • If you have MS: you must be able to have multiple MRIs and be neurologically stable, with EDSS disability score 0 to 4.
