- You are 18 years or older
- You have a spinal cord injury in the neck area (cervical) that happened at least 6 months ago
- Your injury is not getting worse
- You have some wrist and finger movement (strength score 1-3 on a standard test)
- You do not have any metal in your head, a pacemaker, or a history of seizures
