- Your PSA blood test is undetectable (below 0.02 ng/mL) within 16 weeks after surgery
- Your doctors estimate at least a 25% chance the PSA would return within 5 years
- You are willing to take hormone therapy (ADT) as part of the study
- You have not taken hormone therapy (ADT) before
- There is no spread to lymph nodes (no lymph node metastases)
- You do not have an allergy to any form of ADT
