  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have a current open diabetic foot ulcer (not fully closed)
  • You can attend all required study visits and follow study instructions
  • The wound has enough blood flow to heal (tested by one of several circulation measures)
  • The ulcer’s size/location must allow a specific skin-evaporation measurement during the study
  • You are not pregnant and can safely follow the trial rules
