Who can take part
- You finished the earlier parent study and can continue because it may still help you
- At the end of the parent study, you were taking macitentan by mouth, selexipag by mouth, or a macitentan+tadalafil fixed-dose pill
- You are willing to sign consent (or your legal representative will) and follow study procedures
- If you can get pregnant, pregnancy tests must be negative before starting and you must use contraception during the study and for 30 days after the last dose
- You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you should not plan a pregnancy during the study
- Your blood counts, liver tests, and kidney function must be within allowed limits (or you must not have severe liver disease)
