Who can take part
- You are between 25 and 64 years old
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 42
- Your average resting blood pressure is between 130/80 and 160/100
- You have not smoked more than 5 pack-years (a measure of lifetime smoking)
- You have not done shift work in the last 12 months, and you haven’t traveled across more than 3 time zones for at least 3 months
