Who can take part
- You are a healthy adult between 18 and 45 years old.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is either less than 25 (normal weight) or 30 or higher (obese).
- You typically sleep 7 to 9 hours each night and go to bed before midnight.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or using nicotine products.
- You are not taking any medications that affect sleep, heart rate, blood pressure, or metabolism.
- You do not have any chronic conditions or sleep disorders.
