Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must have a glioblastoma (a type of brain cancer) or a lower-grade glioma (astrocytoma or oligodendroglioma) that has come back or is getting worse after initial treatment.
  • You must have already received standard treatment for your brain tumor (surgery, radiation, and/or chemotherapy like temozolomide).
  • You must be able to swallow pills whole without chewing or crushing them.
  • You must not have any serious heart problems, bleeding issues, or other uncontrolled medical conditions that would make the trial risky.
