Spirometry study for people with CVID on IG therapy

Who can take part

  • You have common variable immune deficiency (CVID).
  • You are already taking IG therapy (including Hizentra if available) and it has been stable for at least 3 months.
  • Your spirometry result for FEF25–75% is between 50% and 80% of what is expected for your age.
  • You are at least 21 years old and able to do spirometry breathing tests.
  • You do not have major excluded conditions like certain infections (like TB) or specific lung/heart diseases.
