Who can take part
- You are younger than 26 when you sign consent, and you have relapsed or refractory CD19-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
- Your leukemia test shows CD19 is present in bone marrow or blood (checked with flow cytometry).
- Your overall ability to do daily activities is at least moderate: Karnofsky score 50+ (age 16+) or Lansky score 50+ (under 16).
- Your leukemia situation fits one of these: it has relapsed at least the second time, or relapsed after a stem cell transplant with at least 6 months since transplant, or it did not respond to chemotherapy (refractory), or you can’t get a stem cell transplant due to major health reasons or no donor.
- You do not have uncontrolled hepatitis B or C, known HIV, or an active uncontrolled infection at screening.
- You are not pregnant and not breastfeeding (if applicable).
