Who can take part
- You must have B-cell ALL that has relapsed at least two times, come back after a bone marrow transplant, or not responded to a previous CAR T therapy.
- You must be between 3 months and 30 years old.
- You must have had a previous CAR T treatment at least 90 days before the start of this trial, if applicable.
- You must be in generally good health, with a performance status of 50% or higher (able to carry out daily activities with some help).
- You must be willing to give a blood sample (apheresis) for the study, or already have a stored sample available.
- Both males and females of childbearing potential must agree to use birth control for up to 12 months after treatment.
