Who can take part

  • You have either relapsed/refractory B-cell ALL with CD19 (for some cases) or relapsed/refractory large B-cell lymphoma after at least two treatment attempts
  • Your cancer is considered relapsed/refractory, or you cannot get a stem cell transplant
  • You must be able to donate cells for the study (leukapheresis) and the collected cells must be accepted for manufacturing
  • You must be expected to live more than 12 weeks and be well enough to participate (performance status level must be at least 50)
  • Your screening tests must show your organs are working well enough for treatment (details are checked by the study team)
