Who can take part
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of ductal carcinoma in situ or invasive breast cancer
- You already had a nipple-sparing mastectomy and breast reconstruction using an implant
- Your cancer stage is lower than stage IIB (not T3 or higher, and not N2 or higher)
- There is no cancer spread to distant organs (no distant metastasis)
- You’re age 20 or older and can do daily activities fairly well (ECOG 0 to 2)
- You cannot have had prior radiation to the same treatment area and you must not be pregnant or breastfeeding
