Online lifestyle program for prostate cancer survivors

This study tests an internet-based program to help prostate cancer survivors who are overweight and frail improve their health. You will be assigned to either a lifestyle coaching group or a usual care group, and both groups are followed for about 6 months.

Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older and have had prostate cancer.
  • You were treated with hormone therapy (ADT) for at least 6 months in the past 10 years.
  • Your most recent cancer treatments (surgery, chemo, radiation) ended more than 6 weeks ago.
  • You are overweight or obese (BMI over 25).
  • You have at least 3 signs of frailty (like weakness, slow walking, or feeling tired often).
  • You have home internet strong enough for video calls, and you're not already on a special diet or strength-training program.
