  • Your cancer has progressed (gotten worse) despite at least one previous treatment
  • Your tumor has a PIK3CA genetic mutation, confirmed by a biopsy or blood test
  • You have measurable disease that can be tracked by imaging or physical exam
  • You are in good enough health to tolerate the study drug (ECOG performance status 0 or 1)
  • Your organ function (liver, kidneys, heart) is adequate based on blood tests
  • You have not received a PI3K inhibitor drug before
