Who can take part
- You have prediabetes based on A1c blood test between 5.7% and 6.9%
- You are 25 years old or older
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 25 and 39.9
- You can wear a wrist device to track sleep for 14 nights and usually sleep 6+ hours per night
- Your bedtime changes enough from day to day (enough “variable bedtime”)
- You are not currently in, and haven’t joined in the last 3 months, a weight-loss program
