Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and have upper-limb spasticity from the brain (for example stroke, cerebral palsy, or brain injury).
- Your elbow spasticity is moderate (Modified Ashworth Scale score of 2) and must allow proper assessment.
- You have not had shockwave therapy before.
- You will use botulinum toxin type A for the elbow—either you already get it and pause 3 months, or you plan to start standard treatment.
- You can complete simple questionnaire forms and you are willing to sign consent.
- If you could become pregnant, you must use highly effective birth control (and agree to pregnancy testing); nursing or confirmed pregnancy are not allowed.
