HYML-122 plus cytarabine for FLT3-positive relapsed AML

Relapsed or Refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML)

Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old and willing to sign consent and follow study rules.
  • You have AML confirmed by lab testing, and it is either not responding to prior induction chemo or has returned after remission.
  • Your leukemia tests positive for an FLT3 mutation in blood or bone marrow after your last treatment.
  • Your overall health at screening is good enough (ECOG 0–2) and you’re expected to live at least 3 months.
  • If you could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and use effective birth control during treatment and for 6 months after the last dose.
  • You cannot have a known allergy to the study medicines or ingredients, and certain other treatments/lab problems may disqualify you.
