FLT3-targeted CAR-T cell therapy for relapsed AML

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has not gone away or has come back after at least one round of standard therapy.
  • Your leukemia cells have the FLT3 protein (either a mutation or high levels).
  • You are in generally good health (able to care for yourself, with stable organ function).
  • You have not had cancer treatment with CAR-T cells before.
  • You are not pregnant and agree not to get pregnant for a year after treatment.
