Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old and can sign consent to join the study
  • You have AML confirmed by blood/bone marrow testing, and it either did not respond to at least one chemotherapy cycle or it returned after remission
  • Your AML has an FLT3 mutation found in your blood or bone marrow
  • Your overall health is good enough to do daily activities (ECOG score 2 or less)
  • Your doctor expects you can live at least 3 months
  • If you can become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and use effective birth control during treatment and for 6 months after the last dose
