Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old.
- Your lymphoma is DLBCL that has not been treated yet (confirmed by pathology), and you meet a “high-risk” CNS relapse risk group.
- You have measurable lymphoma spots (on scan) and basic blood counts that are high enough for treatment.
- Your heart function is strong enough (left-heart pump strength at least 50%); you must not have major unstable heart problems or very long QT on ECG.
- Your kidney, liver, and overall health test results are within allowed ranges, and you are well enough to do treatment (ECOG 0–2).
