- You are 18 years old or older
- Your lung cancer is non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and confirmed by a biopsy or test
- Your cancer is not operable with surgery (it can’t be removed), but the plan is still curative (trying to cure)
- Your doctors plan to give you an ECG and a cardiac MRI as part of the study
- You can sign written consent after understanding the study
- You do not have MRI-safety problems (for example, certain implants) and you can tolerate the MRI scanner
