  • You have a “functional single ventricle,” meaning your heart effectively pumps with one main chamber
  • You are having (or have already had) an ordered heart ultrasound (echocardiogram) and/or a heart MRI
  • You can understand and consent in English (or have someone who can consent in English for you)
