Who can take part

  • You are age 18 or older with an advanced or metastatic GRPR-expressing solid tumor (specific cancer types listed).
  • You have tried at least 2 prior systemic treatments (except recurrent glioblastoma).
  • You can sign informed consent and you are able to attend required scans and study visits.
  • Scans must show the drug target in at least one measurable spot (or specific bone-uptake rules for prostate cancer).
  • Your general health scores are usually good (ECOG 0–1; ECOG 2 only sometimes).
  • Your blood counts and organ tests (bone marrow, liver, kidneys) must be within required lab ranges.
