Who can take part

  • You are getting your first or second kidney transplant (and you’re 18 to 65).
  • You can take medicines by mouth and agree to follow all study visits and instructions for the full study.
  • You agree to stop certain blood thinners around kidney biopsy time (including aspirin), and avoid grapefruit products for the study.
  • You have acceptable blood test and antibody results (reactive antibodies under 50%) and can safely have the required heart and health testing.
  • If you can get pregnant: you must have a negative pregnancy test and use two effective birth control methods during the study and for 6 weeks after the last related dose.
