You may be eligible if your cancer has responded at least to “stable disease” after an initial chemo-immunotherapy course.

Who can take part
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of nasopharyngeal cancer from a biopsy or cell test
- Your metastatic cancer is newly diagnosed, and after 4–6 cycles of gemcitabine plus cisplatin with a PD-1 antibody, it has improved to more than stable disease
- You have fewer than 5 distant metastatic spots (outside the main tumor and neck lymph nodes) and they can be treated with SBRT radiotherapy
- Your general health is good enough for treatment (ECOG 0–2) and you are age 18–70
- Your blood counts and organ tests (liver, kidney, and blood clotting) meet required safety levels
- You must be able to join voluntarily, sign consent, and attend follow-up visits
