Who can take part
- Be age 50 or older
- Have a diagnosis of mild to moderate Alzheimer’s dementia
- Score between 16 and 26 on a memory test called MMSE
- If you take Alzheimer’s medicines like donepezil/other “cholinesterase inhibitors” or memantine, your dose must be stable for at least 3 months
- Have no epilepsy history or any condition that makes seizures more likely
- Have no metal implants in the head (some mouth metal is okay)
