Who can take part
- You are age 65 to 80
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 30
- Your blood pressure is not high (under 130/80 when seated) and you take no blood-pressure medicines
- You can speak and read English well enough to sign consent and follow study steps
- You do not smoke, and you have not used recreational drugs in the last 6 months and do not drink heavily
- No diabetes, serious heart/stroke history, major liver or kidney problems, or anemia
