Who can take part
- You’re at least 18 years old and can sign consent
- Your breast cancer is ER-positive and HER2-negative (by lab testing)
- Your cancer has spread and is measurable or involves only the bones
- Your cancer progressed right after (or despite) a CDK4/6 inhibitor plus an aromatase inhibitor
- You’re postmenopausal or you’re getting ovarian suppression with a GnRH shot started at least 2 weeks before treatment
- You can take pills by mouth and have blood counts and organ function that meet lab thresholds
