Who can take part

  • You are between 60 and 88 years old
  • You have a thinking or memory complaint, with testing showing MMSE 20 or higher
  • Your brain scan (MRI or CT) shows either moderate-to-severe or minimal “small vessel” changes, based on a specific scale
  • You have high blood pressure (at least 140/90), either controlled or not, confirmed in the last 12 months or at the visit
  • You can safely have an MRI scan (no incompatible metal/pacemaker/unsafe eye metal) and can tolerate the MRI environment
  • You can sign informed consent, and you are covered by French national health insurance
