Who can take part
- You’re 18 or older and can sign consent and follow the study plan.
- Your colorectal cancer is confirmed by biopsy/pathology, and it has spread and can’t be fully removed with surgery.
- Your cancer has grown despite anti-PD1 treatment (or soon after stopping it), based on immune response scan rules.
- Your tumor must be dMMR and/or MSI based on lab testing of tumor tissue.
- You must be able to provide a fresh tumor biopsy before starting treatment, plus submit stored tumor tissue to the study lab.
- You need enough blood counts and organ function (kidney, liver) and you can’t have certain immune/lung problems.
