Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have advanced breast cancer (HR+/HER2-), small cell lung cancer, or a tumor with a specific gene change (CCNE1 amplification).
- Your cancer has worsened despite previous therapies, including hormone therapy and CDK4/6 inhibitors for breast cancer.
- You have tumors that can be measured with scans, or for breast cancer, a bone lesion that can be assessed.
- You have not been treated with a CDK2 inhibitor before.
- Your heart, blood, and organ functions are within acceptable ranges.
