Who can take part
- You had a first stroke (either from a blockage or bleeding) 3 to 6 months ago.
- Your arm and hand are weak (a trained therapist will check this).
- You can take part in a 6-week intensive arm therapy program in English.
- You do not have other health issues that would make the program unsafe or hard to complete.
- You do not have metal implants, a pacemaker, or other reasons that would prevent an MRI or TMS.
