- You are 18 years old or older
- You live in Saskatchewan during the treatment period
- You have trouble sleeping (falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up too early) that causes distress or problems during the day
- You are comfortable using a computer or device with internet in a private place

- You agree to take part in the online sleep course and research
- You do not have a serious medical or mental health condition needing immediate treatment, and you are not in another treatment at our clinic
