Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are currently admitted to the hospital for COVID-19 symptoms, or you found out you have COVID-19 while admitted for something else.
  • If it’s COVID, your COVID test (PCR or antigen) was positive within 4 weeks of your hospital admission.
  • If it’s flu, you have a positive flu A or B test within 4 weeks, and a negative COVID test.
  • You are not pregnant.
  • You do not have a bleeding disorder, and you do not have active cancer.
