Who can take part

  • You have a first-time ACL tear confirmed by a clinician
  • Your ACL injury happened within the last 2 years
  • Before the injury, you were quite active and you have personal goals to return to sports or physical activity
  • You can understand and answer study questionnaires in Danish
  • You have not had prior ligament surgery on either knee (injured or uninjured)
