Darolutamide plus radiation for intermediate-risk prostate cancer

Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old and have prostate cancer confirmed by biopsy/pathology
  • Your scans show no spread to lymph nodes outside the area or to distant organs (no metastases)
  • Your risk level is “unfavorable intermediate risk,” based on PSA, Gleason score, and/or tumor stage
  • You can have radiation safely as judged by your doctor, and you can undergo MRI and contrast CT scans
  • You are generally well enough for treatment (life expectancy at least 5 years, and performance status ECOG 0–2)
  • You can give consent and agree to effective contraception during treatment and for 1 week after stopping
