Check hemodilution’s effect on urine kidney stress markers

  • You are scheduled for elective (planned) coronary artery bypass graft surgery
  • You are between 18 and 70 years old
  • Your heart-lung machine time is expected to be under 2 hours
  • You weigh more than 70 kilograms
  • Your blood hemoglobin is higher than 12 g/dL before surgery
