CAR T cell treatment for CD70-positive newly diagnosed glioblastoma

This trial tests a customized immune-cell treatment (CAR T cells) for adults with newly diagnosed glioblastoma (GBM) whose tumors have enough CD70 protein. If you qualify, the goal is to see whether this treatment can better control the cancer by targeting it in the brain.

Who can take part

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have newly diagnosed GBM (not a previously treated brain tumor) confirmed by pathology or tumor testing
  • Tumor must be located in the upper part of the brain (supratentorial area)
  • Tumor tissue must be CD70-positive, meaning at least 5% of cells show low-to-moderate CD70 levels (1+ or higher)
  • Be healthy enough for treatment: Karnofsky score over 70% and blood counts/kidney/liver tests within set limits
  • Be able and willing to sign consent (or have a legal representative sign), and avoid pregnancy during and after treatment
