Who can take part

  • Confirmed cancer diagnosis with CD70 protein found in your tumor tissue
  • Cancer that has spread to the brain (metastases) that is recurring, progressing, or newly appeared
  • Able to perform daily activities with minimal assistance (Karnofsky score of 70 or higher)
  • Age 18 or older with adequate blood cell counts, kidney, and liver function
  • Recent brain MRI scan (within 28 days) showing your metastases
  • Willingness to use birth control for 24 weeks after treatment if you can become pregnant
