Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have glioblastoma or a high-grade glioma that has come back or gotten worse after standard treatment.
  • You are scheduled for surgery or a biopsy to test your tumor for specific markers, or you have stored tumor tissue available.
  • Your tumor must show at least two of these markers: IL13Rα2, EGFR (or its variant EGFRvIII), or B7-H3.
  • You must be in generally good health (able to take care of yourself, score 60 or higher on a standard scale).
  • You are willing to use birth control if you or your partner can become pregnant.
