Who can take part
- You are an adult (age 18 to 80) and can give written consent
- Your thymic cancer diagnosis is confirmed by pathology (biopsy/surgery tissue); thymic carcinoma is allowed
- Your cancer has evidence of spread to the lung lining (pleura), with no cancer spread outside the chest
- You can do lung and kidney function tests that meet minimum thresholds (your team will measure these)
- You do not need continuous oxygen, and you do not have certain recent serious heart or lung conditions
