Who can take part
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of thymoma or thymic carcinoma (by biopsy or other sample).
- Your cancer stage and treatment plan fit one of these groups: after surgery (including stage III–IVa, and selected stage II like B2/B3) or without full surgery (R1/R2, not operable, or you choose not to have surgery).
- You are an adult (18 or older) and can give written consent.
- Your body is strong enough for treatment: your performance status is 0–2 (able to carry out daily activities).
- Your lung function tests are adequate, based on FEV1 and breathing gas transfer (both must be above threshold values).
